Igor Evard is a Russian composer, laureate of international and national awards: the "Euroorchestria" festival of symphony orchestras (France), the all-Russian competition "Voices of Russia" and many others. President of the International Competition of Contemporary Music "Composer of the XXI Century", editor-in-chief of the all-Russian musical newspaper "We are playing from begenning. Da capo al fine", established by the International Academy of Musical Innovation. Evard's creative arsenal includes academic romances based on verses by famous poets and a wide range of compositions for orchestral performance.

The composer's debut single - “Rainbow Bridge” in this genre is released. It is a composition in English, recorded in collaboration with the lead singer of the Leipzig Opera House - tenor Sergei Pisarev. The lyrics were written by moscow poet Margaret Plat.
“The classical crossover is close to me, because it is some kind of going beyond the classics, but on it's basis, - explains Igor Evard. - This is approximately the same as nanotechnology: it seems that they did not discover anything new, but we simply begin to better understand what is happening around. And I want to express what is happening with the classics in the context of the 21st century.”
In support of the single, the famous director Irina Mironova, who previously collaborated with Alla Pugacheva, Zemfira, Bi-2, Kristina Orbakaite and other stars, shot the video. It's release is planned for august, then the debut EP of Evard, including the track Rainbow Bridge, will also be released.
